Maintenance kit for marble tombstones
Maintenance kit for tombstones and funerary monuments in Marble. Marble is a porous stone. Marble tends to get scratched when vases are moved and to absorb dirt or even stain. The passing of time and bad weather tarnish its appearance. It is very easy to renovate and prolong its shine. A few minutes are enough to clean, shine and protect the restored stone.
Kit composition:
- 1 self-gripping plate Ø 125 mm - M14 / Rod
- 1 application disc in natural fiber Ø 125 mm
- 1 kilo of TEN 10 crystallizing powder
- 1 liter of crystallizing cleaning liquid TEN 4L
Operating mode:
- Protect the surroundings and all the unworked parts with polyane film and tape, provide a garbage bag to evacuate the waste and tap water to apply the product and rinse it after application.
- Equip a grinder, sander, polisher, screwdriver or drill with the self-gripping plate Ø 125 mm, select the slow speed not exceeding 400 rpm with the electronic variator to avoid projections.
- Use the Ø 125 mm natural fiber disc installed on the self-gripping plate.
- Put on gloves.
- Apply a film of tap water to the surface to be treated, add TEN 10 powder, approximately 50 g / m².
- Go everywhere at a regular slow speed by making crossed passages, count about 5 min / m².
- Rinse thoroughly with water and pick up the excess with a window squeegee and absorbent paper. The stone shines and the micro-scratches have disappeared under the effect of the product.
- To make the gloss obtained last, apply pure TEN 4L on the surface and polish with a white cloth. The shine will last longer.
